At Norwich Aesthetic Dentistry, we believe that you shouldn’t have to live with the discomfort. To help you smile freely once again, we can perform a root canal that will alleviate your symptoms and save your tooth.

Dr. Yates takes the procedure seriously, so you can count on us to perform the treatment only after we’ve exhausted other options. As part of our root canal prevention services, we will X-ray your mouth to pinpoint any signs of infection in the surrounding bone, and we’ll thoroughly clean the affected area.

If you still require a root canal, we’ll apply local anesthetic and sedation as needed. We’ll then remove the infected pulp and flush out the area to thoroughly eliminate signs of infection. We may recommend additional antibiotics and medication to help your immune system fight off any surviving bacteria.

Once we feel confident that your remaining tooth is healthy, we’ll seal the tooth and fit it with a crown as needed. Though you may experience some discomfort after the initial procedure, you’ll soon be on your way to a healthier, pain-free smile.
